Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in San Juan: Once again, Puerto Rico will ring in the New Year as part of the famous “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023”, live from the island. The event will take place at Distrito T-Mobile, the ultimate venue for fun and entertainment where Puerto Rico’s flavors, adventurous spirit, and good vibes are combined.
This is an exciting celebration for everyone to enjoy and be part of a historic moment. Puerto Rico is showing the world everything we have to offer as a destination, with great local artists as part of the entertainment for the whole night.
National Festivals: Do not miss all town festivals happening throughout the whole year; here you can enjoy the most authentic traditions, food, live music and genuine fun throughout different areas of the Island. From local food and drinks to local products and crafts, we celebrate it all! During the last weekend of the year, don’t miss the Festival de Mascaras de Hatillo.
Upcoming in January you can enjoy the Festival de la Novilla in San Sebastián; where they not only celebrate local agricultural practices, but the festival also serves as a fundraiser for local scholarships. And in February, you can experience the Carnaval de Ponce, a week-long celebration with parades, crazy costumes and floats, and a lot of music and partying.
Old San Juan: The capital always has something going on. From the 19th to the 22nd of January, the very famous Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián will take place. Here, we somehow say goodbye to the holiday celebrations with music, the best food and just enjoying our culture all through our cobblestone streets filled with history. The historic city’s restaurants and bars will have different offerings, and our local artisans will be showcasing their products all around the city streets.
Cultural Events: Campechada is back! But this year, it will be taking place in the Municipality of Bayamón. Here, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture celebrates a multi-day event in honor of local art ranging from theater, music, dance, art and literature.
