Chef Ramón Cruz (SOCIAL) welcomes Chef Raúl Correa (BACOA) to collaborate on a menu fusing the best of both worlds: fresh ingredients from our countryside, recipes passed down from generation to generation, and presentations featuring the aesthetics and techniques of urban haute cuisine. This dinner will consist of a three-course Prix Fix, with dishes including Conch Salad, Fried Local Captain, Lamb Lasagna, and, to sweeten the palate, a Starfruit Cheesecake.
