Alma Viva: Chef Juan Peña previously spent five years at Fern, located at the St. Regis Bahia Beach, followed by a few months spent at AG in the Ritz Carlton Atlanta. He returned to Puerto Rico to open his own restaurant and it’s certainly one worth visiting. The dining style is casual within its cosmopolitan atmosphere and the menu reflects Peña’s cooking style: a fusion of Latin Caribbean, French, and Asian cuisines.
